Driver

Role:

We are seeking a responsible and experienced driver to join our travel agency company. As a driver, you will play a vital role in ensuring safe and efficient transportation for our clients. You will be responsible for driving clients to various destinations, such as airports, hotels, tourist attractions, and other locations as required. Additionally, you may be required to assist with luggage handling and provide basic information about local attractions and amenities to enhance our clients’ travel experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport clients to their destinations, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
  • Plan and follow the most efficient routes to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
  • Assist clients with luggage handling, ensuring items are loaded and unloaded safely.
  • Provide basic information about local attractions, amenities, and services to enhance the client’s travel experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness and maintenance of the vehicle, reporting any issues or repairs needed.
  • Keep accurate records of completed trips, mileage, and fuel consumption.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless coordination of travel itineraries.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Proven experience as a driver, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Familiarity with local traffic laws and regulations.
  • Excellent knowledge of local roads and routes.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing schedules and itineraries.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Neat and professional appearance.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
  • Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with GPS or navigation systems.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
